The 19th Digit after the decimal is 4. The 19th digit after the 19th digit is 9 and it is preceded by 1.

19 * 2 = 38. The 19th Digit is preceded by 38.

The 19th Digit (4) occurs once before as the 2nd digit.

The 38th digit is preceded by 41.

1 occurs before and after the 2nd digit to make the first three digits read the same forwards and backwards as well as the first three plus the 19th. It is the first three numbers and the first palindrome in Pi after the decimal: 141

The fourth digit after the 19th digit (of 4) is 4. The three numbers preceding the 4th digit after the 19th digit is 626, another palindrome which reads the same forwards and backwards.

The 21st digit is 2 and is two spaces before and after a 4. The 19th- 23rd digits of 46264 read the same forwards as backwards. These comprise a total of 5 digits or value places.

The 4th digit is 5. 141 precede 5 and read the same forwards as backwards. The 8th digit is also 5. 8 also occurs as the 18th digit before the 19th digit and again as the 26th digit. 26 also occurs before the 8th digit. The 26th, 27th, and 28th digits read the same forwards and backwards.

The 5th digit is 9. It is preceded by the 4th digit which is 5. 5 is the 8th digit also and is followed by the 9th and 10th digits which read the same forwards and backwards: 535. 5 is the 8th digit and adding the 2 digits before and after also equates to 8.

8 is the 11th digit. It occurs again as the 18th digit and the 26th digit. There are 2 sets of numbers between the 11th, 18th, and 26th digits which read the same forwards as backwards: 979 323 and 46264 33
